Target Group:

Colleagues from European and International Universities working in libraries.

Draft Work Programme:

• Presentation of Aristotle University, along with a brief presentation of the Greek higher educational system
• Presentations by all participants
• Presentation of AUTh Library & Information Centre (Collections, Services, Innovative Services)
• Workshops

Application Process & Fee:

The application period is will be from the 10^th of February to 15^th of April, 2017

Compulsory Participation Fee: 230 Euros

Early registration: those who will register until the 31^st of March will pay 200 Euros

By the 20^th of April, 2017, all applicants will be informed by e‐mail whether their application was approved or not.

The fee includes:

-       Entrance to the museums

-       Transport & Entrance to the archaeological site of Vergina

-       City tour

-       Coffee breaks

-       Three lunches

-       Promotional Material

Accommodation:

The accommodation cost will be covered by the participants. However, the organizers can suggest a variety of possible convenient solutions, taking into consideration the location, the service quality and the price range of the lodgings. Further details will be mailed to the participants, after the confirmation of the mobility.
