Introduction: The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) is pleased to invite you to its 15th Erasmus+ Staff Training Week dedicated to Quality Assurance in Student Mobilities and the pivotal role of International Relations Offices (IROs).
In an era where the volume and complexity of student mobilities continue to grow, ensuring their academic, professional, and personal quality has become a strategic imperative. This week will bring together IRO professionals, academic experts, and project representatives to explore practical frameworks, share methodologies, and co-develop tools that elevate the quality and impact of the mobility experience — from classroom integration to linguistic inclusion and beyond.
The 15th ESTW will also be organized as an Erasmus+ BIP for staff members. Therefore, no fees will apply and all mobilities could be refunded by the Erasmus+ programme.
Target Audience: Administrative and academic staff members from higher education institutions involved in the management, coordination, and quality assurance of student mobility programmes. A limit of two representatives from the same institution shall apply.
