We are delighted to invite you to the University of Strasbourg for Connect@Unistra 2026, our international staff week taking place from 12 to 16 October 2026.
Located at the heart of Europe, Strasbourg offers a unique environment for international cooperation and intercultural exchange. This event will bring together colleagues from our partner universities for a week dedicated to professional exchange, networking, and collaboration.
Through workshops, job-shadowing opportunities, and meetings with University of Strasbourg staff, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, discover new practices, and strengthen institutional partnerships.
Programme highlights
The programme will include:
• An introduction to the University of Strasbourg and its international activities
• Networking opportunities with colleagues from partner universities and the International Relations Office
• Workshop: Building and Strengthening International Academic Networks
• Workshop: From Ideas to Impact: Building Successful European, Erasmus+, and International Cooperation Projects
• Workshop: Thriving Abroad: Rethinking Well-being in International Mobility
• Job-shadowing activities and exchanges with International Relations Office staff
• Meetings with academic and administrative colleagues across the University of Strasbourg
• Cultural activities, including a guided tour of Strasbourg and a visit to the European Parliament

If you would like to participate, please contact us at dri-partenariats@unistra.fr by July 1st, 2026. We will then send you the registration form and practical information. Please note that participation is limited to two representatives per partner institution.
Funding
This staff week is eligible for Erasmus+ staff mobility funding.
