My name is Alejandro Felix, and I am the Principal Architect at AFA, based in Barcelona, Spain. We are a young practice established in 2022, following several years of profeshosional experience at David Chipperfield Architects. We are currently engaged in residential projects in Spain and the UK, as well as an office tower in Taiwan. We are currently offering internship opportunities for architecture students through the Erasmus+ program and would be delighted to host students from AUTH at our studio. The internship would involve drafting assistance with design projects, 3D modeling, physical modelling, and participation in the creative process.
Key details:
- Duration: 2–6 months, possible to start from January 2026 onwards
- Location: on-site at our studio in Barcelona, Spain at C/Provença 385, 6o, 3a, Despacho D, 08025
- Compensation: Although unpaid, this internship offers hands-on experience, close mentorship, and active involvement in our projects. Students may of course apply to Erasmus + funding to support their stay.
- Supervisor: Alejandro Felix, I will personally supervise the intern.
- Language: The internship is conducted in English and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
