The flat was fully renovated in 2010 and partly renovated again just in 2019. It is an ideal choice especially for International students! The University area is easy to access by bus (aprox. 15 min.) The Central Rail Station is just 5 min. walk and the city centre also in a walking distance (aprox. 15 min) or 5-7 min by bus. Guests are given a small map of the region to enable them to acquaint themselves with the best possible way, so as to enjoy their stay. >>>ABOUT VISITORS Of course You have the right to welcome visitors or host people in the apartment. But unfortunately we had in the past some binge experiences... That's why we have to inform You, that, every one of You have the right to host just one person for maximum 10 days in totally during Your stay. Please note that in other apartments it is strictly forbidden to host people anyway... >>> ACCESS TO THE UNIVERSITY AND THE CITY CENTRE: The access to public transport is easy. The bus stop to the centre (bus No 32) is just on the corner and the bus stop to the University (bus No 27) just 2 min. walk. There are also numerous bus lines throughout the centre (lines 20, 21 and 34). >>> PRIVATE TRANSFER > If You are comming by the public transport till the city centre (the rail station or the Intercity Bus Terminal) we will wait there for You and pick You up for FREE ! >>> WELCOME We offer to our guest a basic/orientation tour to familiarise with the city and the neighbourhood .
