All inclusive, quiet and modern apartment, 15 minutes from the UNI!

We just renovated our 40 square meter apartment and we are renting it for a short period of time, before we move in. It's a very special place, it's got two rooms and it's ideal for one -or two people, upon request. It's fully furnished with bed, sofa bed, sheets and towels, desk, kitchen, dining space, television, wc/shower, brand new security entrance door. It's freshly painted in bright, vivid colors, we decorated it ourselves and it looks pretty good. It's very very quiet and It is situated in a super cosy, safe and cool neighborhood. The building is very clean and neighbors are friendly. Just 15 minutes bus ride to the University -bus station is very close to the apartment- and only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful coastline of Thessaloniki. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, local open air fruit market, banks, wine cellar, pharmacy, clothes shops, hairdressers...the list is endless!Everyone is welcome indifferent of sex, nationality, religion etc. Kindness will be much appreciated, don't leave it home. We love this apartment and we decorated it ourselves with love and care. Hope you are going to like it as much as we do and that you will look after it while we are away.
