There are regular and online Greek language courses, which start at the beginning of each semester. These courses are organized specifically for Erasmus+ students with the support of the EU and are offered free of charge under certain conditions in regard to absences. Social and Health Policy Committee of AUTH was established in 1997 with the aim to facilitate students with disabilities. Services have been developed and updated according to European and International standards. There are several fields that Social and Health Policy Committee is getting involved, always aiming to make student life easier so that all students can focus on their academic demands.

- Converting books or notes in any file the student is using to study (text to speech, print them in Braille etc)

- Interpretation in Greek Sign language everywhere in the campus of our University during working hours.
- Unfortunately we do not provide interpretations in other foreign sign languages.

Students with mobility disabilities

- We provide transportation to students with mobility disabilities from their residences to the campus and vice versa in an everyday basis.

All students at the University of Bergen must order their own transcripts of records online by logging on to our electronic student system StudentWeb. Results are available 3-4 weeks after the examination date.
4. Termination of the agreement
In the event of unilateral termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be given. This means that a unilateral decision to discontinue the exchanges notified to the other party by 1 September 20XX will only take effect as of 1 September 20XX+1. The termination clauses must include the following disclaimer: "Neither the European Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict."

According to the International Education Credit Transfer System (ECTS), 60 “studiepoeng” is equivalent to 1 year of normal study for a full-time student, i.e. 60 ECTS credits. The full-time workload for one academic year is 1500 – 1800 hours of study / 60 “studiepoeng”.
The grading scale is explained briefly in the following table. For some programs, the criteria for determining each grade may be described in more detail. This explanation may be even more specific for some subjects.

The sending and receiving institutions will provide assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
