There are regular and online Greek language courses, which start at the beginning of each semester. These courses are organized specifically for Erasmus+ students with the support of the EU and are offered free of charge under certain conditions in regard to absences. Social and Health Policy Committee of AUTH was established in 1997 with the aim to facilitate students with disabilities. Services have been developed and updated according to European and International standards. There are several fields that Social and Health Policy Committee is getting involved, always aiming to make student life easier so that all students can focus on their academic demands.

- We provide transportation to students with mobility disabilities from their residences to the campus and vice versa in an everyday basis.

2. Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg
Preparatory classes are offered in many fields of study before the terms starts. Exchange students are welcome and participation is recommended especially for students in the first two years of their Bachelor studies.
A tutor program is offered for all international students for having a better start with all practical issues like opening a bank account, registrations procedures etc. ;

Tutors can also be contacted in order to get keys for booked rooms on weekends when the Studentenwerk Housing might be closed.
German Language courses: International students are asked to participate in the intensive courses before their studies in Würzburg start. The courses are free of charge and are offered four weeks in September and in March before the semester starts. All exchange students are welcome to participate but participation is not mandatory.

4. Termination of the agreement
In the event of unilateral termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be given. This means that a unilateral decision to discontinue the exchanges notified to the other party by 1 September 20XX will only take effect as of 1 September 20XX+1. The termination clauses must include the following disclaimer: "Neither the European Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict."
