There are regular and online Greek language courses, which start at the beginning of each semester. These courses are organized specifically for Erasmus+ students with the support of the EU and are offered free of charge under certain conditions in regard to absences. Social and Health Policy Committee of AUTH was established in 1997 with the aim to facilitate students with disabilities. Services have been developed and updated according to European and International standards. There are several fields that Social and Health Policy Committee is getting involved, always aiming to make student life easier so that all students can focus on their academic demands.

Intensive Italian language course for Erasmus+ students
For Erasmus+ and Exchange students, the course is free of charge.
An intensive Italian language course is normally scheduled for September, before the beginning of the regular courses. It is highly recommended to have a B1 level of Italian language.
Attending this three-week course is important and essential not only for providing you with a better knowledge of the Italian language but also for acquainting you with the Italian University system.
A positioning test is normally held in mid-September to determine the linguistic level of each student.
All students enrolled in the Italian Language course must take the test.
Any students who do not take the positioning test and cannot consequently access the Intensive course can attend an Annual or Semestral Course.
Annual Course and Semestral Courses
The Annual Course normally starts around the beginning of October and ends in December for students arriving for the first semester, in May for students coming for the second semester, and for the whole year.
A positioning test is held in the first week of October at CLA (Centro Linguistico di Ateneo - Via Budassi, 28).
Students arriving in the second semester will access the course which starts in October, following a positioning test.
Students must attend 80% of classes in order to be admitted to the final exam and obtain credits.

Students with visual impairment Specific library services The University of Urbino, in order to offer increasing attention to support and integration policies and initiatives for students, services, and facilities for disabled students and students with specific learning disabilities (SLD), provides compensatory and study aids. | • Books in an alternative format The service supports students with severe motor disabilities, visually impaired, blind, and diagnosed with dyslexia in their course of study by providing them with exam texts and/or articles in alternative formats. The service takes care of: - the retrieval and supply of material in digital format if it already exists - the conversion of paper texts into digital format - the interlibrary loan for the recovery of texts or articles not present in the University libraries The service is intended for students who have reported themselves to the Disabled Help Desk of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo. 4. Termination of the agreement
In the event of unilateral termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be given. This means that a unilateral decision to discontinue the exchanges notified to the other party by 1 September 20XX will only take effect as of 1 September 20XX+1. The termination clauses must include the following disclaimer: "Neither the European Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict."
