There are regular and online Greek language courses, which start at the beginning of each semester. These courses are organized specifically for Erasmus+ students with the support of the EU and are offered free of charge under certain conditions in regard to absences. Social and Health Policy Committee of AUTH was established in 1997 with the aim to facilitate students with disabilities. Services have been developed and updated according to European and International standards. There are several fields that Social and Health Policy Committee is getting involved, always aiming to make student life easier so that all students can focus on their academic demands.

- We provide transportation to students with mobility disabilities from their residences to the campus and vice versa in an everyday basis.

2. Ecole Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Nîmes
Students don’t apply directly for admission to Esban. The International Office at the home university is in charge of sending the student’s nomination to Esban.
A CV + a motivation letter + a portfolio (FR or EN) are required along with the application.
The Learning Agreement is required prior to the beginning of the stay.
French Language courses for Erasmus+ students
Exchange students can benefit from a free one semester long FLE (French as a Foreign language) course in the Maison de l'Europe in Nîmes.

4. Termination of the agreement
In the event of unilateral termination, a notice of at least one academic year should be given. This means that a unilateral decision to discontinue the exchanges notified to the other party by 1 September 20XX will only take effect as of 1 September 20XX+1. The termination clauses must include the following disclaimer: "Neither the European Commission nor the National Agencies can be held responsible in case of a conflict."

In the French University system, each course unit is graded on a scale from 0 to 20 points and each numerical grade corresponds to a qualitative grade as follows.
Please note, however, that the ECTS grading system by levels calculated as percentages cannot be strictly applied to Esban as the number of students is not large enough :

When a student does not take the corresponding examination or final assessment, this is reflected as Absent (Absent). To pass a course unit, the student must receive a grade of at least 10 points out of 20.
