Incoming students

Selection process:

The first phase of the process takes place at the Home University after which the Home Universities send us their nominations.
All nominated students apply online at our system by submitting all requested documents; their applications are sent to the Erasmus+ International Coordinators of the AUTh School for evaluation. The Coordinators evaluate the students’ academic performance, their language level as well as their learning agreement.

We generally require a B2 English Language Level (the level is according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages -CEFR), unless it is stated otherwise in the Inter-Institutional Agreement.

The B2 English Language level is equivalent to a total score of 72 in TOEFL or a  total score 6 score in IELTS. 

Nominations' period: 7^th April 2026 – 5^th May 2026

Applications period: 6^th May –  26^th May 2026
