1st Call for Incoming Staff Mobilities (teaching/training)
We are happy to announce the 1st Call of staff mobilities with your reputable Universities through the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme (2016-2018). For this reason please forward this e-mail to the person in charge of staff mobilities.
The current call regards mobilities to be concluded until 31st October 2017 (mobility period April 2017 to end of October 2017)
Nominations deadline: 15/02/2017
Applications period: 01/02/2017 – 15/03/2017
For the above reason we would like you to send us the list of your nominated staff (if more than one, please place them in a ranking order). Please find attached a table of the Staff available mobilities (teaching and training).
All nominated staff members will be sent guidelines for the necessary documentation. However, all these information can be found at the following links:

All nominees will have to fill in the Mobility Agreement by stating ONLY the mobility period EXCLUDING the travel days. The mobility period for each Partner can be found on the Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreements as well as on the tables attached. In the present call please find also attached the Mobility Agreement for Teaching and the Mobility Agreement for Training.
In order to facilitate the application/selection process, it is advisable for all nominees together with their Mobility Agreement to also submit a Support Letter (a pre-acceptance letter).
