The apartment's strong points are its location( 1 min away to 6.2 km dock of the bay of Thessaloniki , ideal for walks and cooling off stress, and 15min walking distance close to the University. Furthermore, it is spacious and luxurious to allow 1-3 students to be in a ideal environment to study but also have fun for a few months while living in Thessaloniki. The price is fixed for the whole apartment (950) and can accommodate up to 3 (950/3=316,6 per person) students. Also in the price Cleaning Service is included once a week .
