Join us at our Staff Training Days!
We are delighted to invite you to our Staff Training Days at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, from September 28 until September 30, 2026!
How can artificial intelligence and digitalisation improve administrative processes and facilitate international collaboration? We would like to network with each other while addressing current challenges and opportunities related to AI and digitalisation in our daily work.
This three-day training is a joint initiative of DUHN (German-Ukrainian University Network) and ERUA (European Reform University Alliance) teams at the Viadrina and offers colleagues from International Offices and university administration practical insights into artificial intelligence and digital transformation, exploring opportunities, risks, and real-world applications in the respective working fields. Through workshops and expert inputs, participants will gain knowledge and skills to use digital and AI-based tools effectively, responsibly, and strategically in their daily work. Hands-on sessions will provide opportunities to test selected tools, analyse practical use cases, and reflect on how AI can support tasks such as communication, data management, and organisational workflows.
In addition, the programme creates a space for exchange and networking, enabling participants to share experiences and collaboratively address common challenges and emerging questions related to AI and digital transformation in our daily work.
