Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) is pleased to invite colleagues from our Erasmus+ partner universities to participate in the Erasmus+ Staff Training Week “Co-Creating Impact in Higher Education Through European University Alliances”, taking place in Tallinn, Estonia from 1–3 December 2026.
The Staff Training Week will focus on sharing best practices and discussing challenges related to international collaboration and European University Alliances. The programme will explore topics such as:
- European values and sustainability
- AI and digitalisation in higher education
- Challenge-based learning (CBL)
- Joint courses, joint degrees and joint BIP courses
- Lifelong learning and micro-credentials
- Cooperation between alliances and their future development
The event is intended for administrative and academic staff members involved in European University Alliances projects at their home institutions. Active participation throughout the week is expected.
Participation is free of charge. Participants are expected to cover travel and accommodation costs through their home institution or Erasmus+ funding.
