My lovely amazing view apartment in Thessaloniki is available for rent. This is a big apartment (152m2) in the 7th floor of a new modern building in central road, but very quiet, safe and warm with security door and balcony around, with excellent view. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (13m2) and 2 master bedrooms (21-25m2) fully furnished. All the rooms have A/C cool-heat, free telephone (Greece), high speed internet, flat screen TV, stereo, wardrobe with big mirror, bed or double bed, sofa, desk with chair, reading lamp, library and decor (If someone wants to change decor be allowed). Also all the rooms have carpets, duvets, blankets, fresh linens, pillows, towels .... All the rooms have access to a fully equipped kitchen with dinning table, chairs and all necessary utilities for cooking. The rent for one person is 300€ for the normal room (13m2) and 400€ for the big room (25m2). Deposit 500€. The price includes everything (Communal of build, town taxes, electricity, heating-individual natural gas, water, high speed internet, telephones in Greece). You don't need anything else.
