Recent development regarding the IND (immigration office) income requirements for students, effective January 1, 2024.

Students who have a nationality from outside the Schengen area, starting a study programme in September 2024 will need to have €1,225 per month for living expenses.
https://www.uu.nl/en/education/welcome-to-utrecht/to-do/entry-visaresidence-permit

If these students have a residence permit for Greece with the purpose of study, they are exempted. This Schengen Residence permit has to cover their time in Utrecht. Students with a nationality that need a visa are invited for the visa application. They may then hand in their Schengen visa and our visa officers will check whether their Schengen residence permit is ok.
