Do you want to deepen your academic skills in STEM—science, technology, engineering and mathematics—over the summer while building new scientific networks and unforgettable memories? Jyväskylä Summer School offers an inspiring environment where you can challenge yourself, grow in your field of interest, and enjoy a unique blend of academic and cultural experiences. You will also be part of an international, interdisciplinary science community and take part in a diverse social program, all while experiencing the beauty of the Finnish summer.

Celebrating its 35th year, Jyväskylä Summer School at the University of Jyväskylä offers high‑quality courses for advanced Bachelor’s students, Master’s students, PhD students and post‑docs across various fields of natural sciences, mathematics and information technology. All courses are taught in English by distinguished researchers from around the world, creating a truly global learning environment.

Participation in all Summer School courses is free of charge. Students from all over the world are encouraged to apply.

Costs
Participation in all Summer School courses is free of charge. Participants are responsible for covering their own meals, accommodation and all costs related to travel as well as possible visa costs.
